Halyna Furman, a folklorist at the Vinkivtsi District House of Culture, recorded the dance movements of the everyday folk dance - hand-clapping ("pleskania v doloni") and energetic polka-style (“polechka”) twirling in pairs—in the village of Pylypy, Vinkivtsi District. Musician Ihor Hrinkevitch arranged the traditional folk music. Volodymyr Titov staged the choreography. Through their creative dedication, simple traditional movements blossomed into a vibrant and colorful dance.
