Ensemble "Podilski Kovali"

"Podilski Kovali" is a men's ensemble from Medzhybizh, founded by Petro Honcharuk in the late 1990s. The name refers to the craftsmen's dance "Kovali", which the ensemble restored from archival recordings.

The program features dances of the Podillia craft guilds: blacksmiths, weavers, coopers. Performances are accompanied by live music: tsymbaly, fiddle and pipe. The ensemble has repeatedly represented Khmelnytskyi region at national festivals.
